So I was bored one evening after work and this happened...
I'm no expert when it comes to makeup. Whilst I do enjoy my usual natural looks, I love playing in makeup from time to time.

Kanye West x A.P.C. Collection Sells Out Sells Out Like Hot Bread
Yeezy's collection for French ready-to-wear line A.P.C. was TOP SECRET up until it launched on Sunday at 10 a.m. Paris time.
The line consists of hoodies, T shirts and denim pants (jeans) which are pretty much sold out except for a couple sizes and are currently available for pre-order.
The prices range from $120US - $265US.
Congrats to Kanye. This has definitely been his year. I would say this though...although I am a huge fan of his music, I would probably opt out of paying $120US for a plain white/black T shirt. Egyptian cotton or not. I'm just saying. But if you've got it, by all means, SPEND IT.
If you're still hoping to get your hands on something, or just to browse, here's the link: http://usonline.apc.fr/kanye

RiRi Woo Review & Swatches
Well hello there.
So after all the hype and glueing my eyes to the Mac website whilst frantically trying to add this baby to my cart and proceed with the wind to checkout....it has finally, well, they have finally made their way into my arms all the way in Trinidad.
MAC RiRi Woo Lipstick ($15.00 for 0.10 oz.) is described as a “matte cool red [with a retro matte finish].” It’s a deep, medium-dark red with strong cool undertones and a matte finish. It has a slight more blue hue than that of big sis Ruby Woo.
In my opinion, the difference isn't very noticeable, and to be quite honest, it looks like the same lipstick. However, I do not feel cheated as the texture is somewhat different to Ruby Woo, since it is much more moist in comparison. And we all know how dry Ruby Woo is.
RiRi Woo has Rihanna’s signature etched around the side of the lipstick itself. I would have loved to have seen Mac do a bit more with the packaging though.
This lipstick was only available online and sold and Rihanna concerts, but catch it next time around when Mac re-releases it with the rest of the RirRi ♥'s Mac in June.
I absolutely love everything Robyn Rihanna Fenty and I will duly support my fellow Island Girl, even moreso in this venture.
I am so ready for more...

My first curlBOX
I first started following curlBOX on Instagram some months ago. At first I just thought it was a page that posts beautiful women with natural hair but I soon realized it was not. It was actually a pretty cool monthly subscription of $20 for a box filled with amazing sample and full size natural hair care products.
curlBOX was founded by CEO Myliek Teele and is a brilliant way to discover new products. curlBOX currently only services United States residents but I was able to get my hands on it through my trusty old skybox which is basically a US address which allows me to order stuff online and shipped to the skybox and then to me here in Trinidad.
I signed up for curlBOX in October and received my first box a few days ago. Let me be honest, the process of getting a box is a tad bit frustrating but so worth it. You can hit up YouTube for details on how to get a curlBOX. I absolutely love all the products in the box (tried them out this weekend) and I'm super excited for December box.
Here are a few photos and one of my wash day today.

Mac Azealia Banks - Yung Rapunxel
Hello,
I know I've been missing in action for quite some time but I've just been soooo busy with work for the past couple months and for that I do apologize my lovelies.
I've had this lipstick for about a week and I haven't had the chance to take proper lip swatches but i thought I'd share just a couple photos I took with my phone.
So as you may or may not know, new rapper Azealia Banks teamed up with Mac to bring you Yung Rapunxel which is her signature lipstick color and is named after her alter ego. The lipstick is dark purple-ish plum and has an amplified finish. I have to say I've been wanting a dark lippie for quite some time and am so glad to add this to my collection.

Mint/glitter Ombré Nails
1. Paint one coat of desired color and let dry.
2. Paint first nail and sprinkle glitter towards the nail tip dusting off excess glitter. Use technique one nail at a time.
3. I added another shade of polish onto a sponge and slightly dabbed onto the nail then added a top coat.
All done :)

Kreativ Blogger Award
Hello,
I know I've been mia for a while but I promise to be back soon.
I recently got a message from Miss colourmesunshine awarding
me the Kreativ Blogger Award. I was pleasantly surprised and figured it's a nice way to get to know a bit more about fellow bloggers.
The Rules of this
Award:
Post a link to the blogger that gave you the
award.
List 7 interesting facts about yourself that your readers
might find interesting.
Nominate 7 other bloggers, provide links, and let them
know.
1. I am terribly afraid of heights and will NEVER go sky-diving, however I've always wanted to try zip lining.
2. I am also afraid of the dark lol.
3. I can never get fedup of the beach and nature in general. I mean I live on an island, well two islands which I absolutely love and would not want to live anywhere else. Well except for England, minus winter.
4. I am a complete fool. I talk too much nonsense for my own good sometimes. I love to laugh and make people laugh.
5. A few years ago the only makeup I'd wear was foundation/powder, eyeliner/mascara. I've grown to appreciate the magic of makeup so much more with time. Though I hated how it looked on me a few years ago, I am a complete lipstick junkie now.
6. I believe I was Japanese in my former life :) I love everything about their culture and I hope to visit someday.
7. I am 1/2 Indo and 1/2 Afro Trinidadian (Mixed with African and Indian). I love being bi-racial and bi-cultural and I am extremely grateful to my parents for mixing their shit up.
and that's my 7!!!
I award the following
