Neon is a big trend right now, so i decided to do a quick and easy design.
It's very easy to achieve. Here's how:
1. Stick tape on to the nails to suit your fancy (I decided to do mine diagonal)
2. Paint
3. Let dry
4. Peel tape off
5. Apply clear top coat
